Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the e3jl website accessible at https://e3jl.app, including all pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the e3jl Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the e3jl Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's e3jl Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or incentives credited to a Player's Account by e3jl.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" refers to any third-party software developer whose games are made available on the e3jl Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is illegal or where e3jl is not licensed to operate.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the primary currency used on the e3jl Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the e3jl Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and e3jl.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the e3jl Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use the e3jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gambling regulations and is strictly enforced by e3jl.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of e3jl, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the e3jl Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under duress or compulsion.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the e3jl Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the e3jl Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify e3jl immediately at the contact details provided in Section 16 if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

• e3jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to any other person.
• e3jl reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the e3jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). e3jl supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at e3jl's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by e3jl's payment processing systems. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees are displayed at the time of the transaction. e3jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. e3jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days. e3jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the e3jl Account.
• e3jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Platform's banking section.
• e3jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Bonuses & Promotions

e3jl may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all e3jl promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted based on account status, location, or payment method used.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless otherwise specified.
• e3jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the e3jl Platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained dealers in regulated studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of e3jl's systems and are not subject to manipulation by e3jl or any Player.

Each game on the e3jl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. e3jl accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
• e3jl reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, as a result of a software error, or in circumstances where the integrity of the game has been compromised.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e3jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing e3jl staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the e3jl Platform — including but not limited to the e3jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of e3jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without e3jl's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Use any e3jl trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without express written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, e3jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

e3jl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude e3jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

e3jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

e3jl complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations.

Responsible Gaming

e3jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all Players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

Termination

e3jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or business decisions. Where possible, e3jl will provide notice of Account closure and will return any verified real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting e3jl support. Upon Account closure, any pending bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to identity verification and compliance checks.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 15 — shall continue to apply following Account closure.

Amendments

e3jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, e3jl will endeavor to provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and e3jl, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under Philippine law.
